Do you eat breakfast? I try to but sometimes time just gets away from me.

Yes, breakfast is a MUST! Can't go on without my breakfast and a cup of coffee to start the day. Don't have to be complicated, just 2 slices of bread with peanut and jam works wonder for me. Oh, I like cereal too.

During weekend, I'll make scrambled eggs, saugages and pancakes for my family. It's like a routine now, my son will look forward to weekend breakfast.:rolleyes:

you should eat breakfast ALWAYS! even when you'retrying to loose some wight cuz yourbody will think youhave not enough food and will grab all the fat it cans from the rest of your meals and instead of loosing weight you'll gain some.
ad you need that nergy for the day!!

Breakfast is absolutely mandatory for someone who is in the fitness groove. You may restrict the intake of lunch and then any subsequent foods that follow but unless a god breakfast makes you ready to get started there would be no benefits achieved by you in the fitness aspect. I remember how a friend of mine who used to skip breakfast actually turned obese at a later time. So never neglect this.
